For Netflix, action movies are one of strongest verticals and still the first choice for audiences in the CEE region when compared to series. But while performing well in terms of viewership, we see less 'buzz' generating around action movies. This, in turn, means that popular titles such as "Army Of The Dead" are likely not reaching their full potential.

Challenge:

Our challenge was to Promote Zack Snyder's new movie "Army of the Dead" with an activation. We needed to really connect relevant audiences with the excitement of this blockbuster movie, while navigating any ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Objective:

Drive engagement & conversation around the title, during and following the launch.

Approach:

Our approach aimed to create a brief yet immersive experience, mirroring a key action from the movie. We set out to enable our audience to partake in a "heist" of their very own. This heist would require key elements: various skills and appropriate stakes!
