Strategy: In 2015, ING Bank communicates the main benefit of the current account product – ING Card Complet - 0 fees, under the idea of special treatment and special relationship with the consumers. In order to generate online content around this campaign, Zenith Romania comes up with the idea of creating 8 informative clips concerning the most common topics related to online banking, shopping and other operations. This way we were easing the daily life of consumers but also helping them understand better the financial terminology and procedures. The platform selected is the Facebook page of avocatnet.ro, a very popular place for people looking up for information regarding the legislative and financial universe. Everything was offered as free advice coming from the bank, delivered as easy to follow tutorials under the signature of the product: ING Card Complet
