Auto Dan has been active in Romania’s second-hand car market for over 20 years, offering a wide range of pre-owned vehicles. The company stands out for its commitment to meeting even the most demanding customer expectations, ensuring high-quality pre-sale services, such as comprehensive vehicle inspections before delivery. Additionally, Auto Dan provides advantageous financing solutions and high-quality maintenance services, strengthening its reputation as a trusted partner for those looking to purchase their desired car. The client came to our agency because he experienced a steep drop in leads and nobody could figure out a solution for it. They had mostly traffic campaigns both on Facebook and TikTok, which started to underdeliver. The challenge was to bring back the number of sales to previous good values. At the campaign level, our focus was on driving conversions through a multi-faceted approach: Increasing lead generation to drive more conversions through dedicated campaigns. Attracting high-intent users by targeting those at the bottom of the funnel, closer to making a purchase decision. Encouraging in-person visits to the client’s physical locations for direct engagement. Strengthening brand awareness and trust, positioning Auto Dan as the go-to choice for future car buyers. At the business level, the marketing objectives translated into two main directions: Increasing the total number of used cars sold, driving higher conversion rates through optimized campaigns. Boosting local presence by establishing the client’s dealership as a trusted local source for used cars, with a focus on targeting Sălaj County and neighboring regions. |
